About Us

Lynn David founded Medical Transcription Associates (MTA) in 2002 after having been a transcriptionist and transcriptionist supervisor for over 15 years. Her entrepreneurship and experience in the medical sector has given her a directed ability to provide personal service to both her clients and her transcriptionists, and to manage the strong growth of MTA from a city-wide, to a regional, and now a national-level business.

Her partner, Troy Rau, has been involved with MTA since early 2004 and is dedicated to maintaining and expanding the IT systems of the company with experience in the IT field since 1994. Troy is also a registered EMT, giving him an insight into the unique needs for handling a high volume of secure medical information. His work with MTA has allowed the company to expand nationally, providing quality services for Doctors from all over the USA.

Our transcriptionists are the cream of the crop. We do not outsource overseas.
